Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has incorporated three new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries: PED Green Infra One, JRD Green Infra One, and MVS Green Infra One. These entities are special purpose vehicles established to develop, install, operate, and maintain solar power plants, including rooftop solar projects. Each new company was incorporated with an authorized share capital of Rs. 0.01 Cr, fully subscribed by the subsidiary. This strategic move enhances the company's capabilities and expands its presence within the growing solar energy sector.
