    Biocon's board has appointed Mr. Rajesh Umakant Shanoy as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective September 10. He brings over 24 years of experience in corporate secretarial and financial functions. Ms. Ekta Agarwal has stepped down from the interim role.
