Shareholders will consider and transact business as outlined in the AGM notice. The Annual Report for FY 2024-25, including the AGM notice, has been shared with members and is available online. To facilitate the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24, 2025, to September 30, 2025. E-voting facilities will be available via CDSL.
