Paisalo Digital's Operations and Finance Committee has allotted 5,000 Secured Non-Convertible Debentures through a private placement. Each NCD has a face value of one lakh, totaling 500 Cr in funds raised. These debentures carry an interest rate of 10.00% per annum, payable monthly, and have a 36-month tenure. The NCDs are secured by a charge on loan receivables and will be redeemed in four equal quarterly installments beginning from the ninth quarter. This move helps secure funding for the company's operations.
