    Aster's landmark merger with Blackstone-backed QCIL will create a top-three Indian healthcare player with proforma revenue of Rs. 8,105 Cr and EBITDA Rs. 1,661 Cr. The company posted strong annual results: revenue increased 12% to Rs. 4,138 Cr, and EBITDA grew 30% to Rs. 806 Cr. Major bed expansion is planned.
