Calcom Vision has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually through video conferencing. Electronic copies of the AGM notice and the Annual Report for FY 2024-25 are available to shareholders. An e-voting facility is provided for members to cast their votes, with the voting period running from Saturday 9:00 AM to Monday 5:00 PM. Voting rights are determined by shareholding as of the cut-off date. The company's share transfer books will be closed from Wednesday to Tuesday for the AGM. Meeting results will be published on the company and stock exchange websites within 48 hours of conclusion.
