The company's Board recently approved its Annual Report for the past financial year and set the 40th Annual General Meeting. Share transfer books will close to determine voting eligibility for the AGM. Significant changes in leadership include Mr. Kurjibhai Premjibhai Rupareliya's re-designation to Managing Director; he holds 6.79 lakh shares. Two new Independent Directors were appointed: Mr. Nevil Jayeshbhai Kamdar and Mr. Priyanshu Alpesh Kumar Sheth. Mr. Jayesh Laxmanbhai Bhavsar joined as Company Secretary. New Secretarial and Statutory Auditors were also appointed, pending shareholder approval. Several directors resigned, and office locations are shifting within Jaipur and from Kolkata.
