Sancode Technologies has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting on Monday, September 29, 2025. The company sent the AGM notice and FY2024-25 annual report to registered shareholders electronically. Remote e-voting for all resolutions will be available from September 26, 9:00 AM IST, to September 28, 5:00 PM IST. September 22 is the cut-off date for voting eligibility. Shareholders who cast remote votes can attend the AGM but will not be entitled to vote again. This ensures all eligible shareholders can participate in important company decisions.
