Markolines Pavement Technologies' board has approved plans for its 23rd Annual General Meeting on 30th September. Key proposals include re-appointing Mrs. Kirtinandini Patil as Non-Executive Director and extending the terms of both statutory and secretarial auditors for five years. The board also proposed increasing the company's overall borrowing limits and limits for asset securitization.
