ResGen Limited has approved an investment of 3.75 Cr to acquire a 23.406% equity stake in Harekrishna Rubber Industries Private Limited. Harekrishna specializes in mechanically recycling end-of-life tyres, aligning with ResGen's strategic focus on the circular economy. The investment is a cash consideration and will not alter control or management of Harekrishna. Harekrishna reported an unaudited turnover of 23.04 Cr in FY25 and had a net worth of 0.97 Cr. This expansion is targeted for completion by September 20.
