Insolation Energy Ltd — Important, 10-09-2025: Company Update

Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated three new wholly-owned subsidiaries: MGPG Green Infra One Private Limited, MGVJ Green Infra One Private Limited, and MPNG Green Infra Private Limited. These entities are formed as Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to set up solar power plants. Each SPV has an authorized share capital and initial subscription of 0.01 Cr. This strategic move aims to expand the company's footprint in solar power plant development, construction, operation, and maintenance, including rooftop solar projects, strengthening its presence in the renewable energy sector.
