Phaarmasia's Board has approved the sale of its land and building located in IDA Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. This strategic move aims to optimize the company's asset portfolio and generate funds for business requirements. The transaction involves a cash consideration of not less than Rs. 25 Cr. The buyers are Mr. Mavuluri Shyam Prasad, Mrs. Mavuluri Raga Sudha, and/or M/s MSP LAB INSTRUMENTS PVT LTD. This deal, confirmed not to be a related party transaction, is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, with an expected completion by December 2025.
