Veranda Learning's wholly-owned subsidiary, Veranda XL, issued 40.30 lakh equity shares for Rs 212.22 Cr to the parent. This converts an outstanding loan plus interest into equity, strengthening the subsidiary's financial structure and the parent's ownership.
