AIMTRON announced a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Aimtron Mechatronics Pvt Ltd, for greenfield expansion in Waghodia. The subsidiary will focus on box-build and system integration. The Board approved a ₹3 Cr financial commitment towards the new unit.
