Prime Fresh Limited's Finance Committee has approved the allotment of 12,805 equity shares to promoter Mr. Hiren Chandrakant Ghelani. This follows the conversion of convertible warrants, for which the company received the remaining 75% of the issue price. Shares were allotted at Rs. 164 each, including a premium, totaling approximately 0.21 Cr. Post-allotment, the company's subscribed and paid-up share capital now stands at approximately 13.66 Cr, comprising 1,36,58,572 equity shares. This action strengthens the company's capital structure and adjusts promoter shareholding.
