Veranda Learning's Board approved a Composite Scheme: Veranda XL Learning will merge into Veranda Learning. The Commerce Education business (₹195.31 Cr turnover in FY25) will demerge into J.K. Shah Commerce Education Ltd. Shareholders get 1 share of J.K. Shah for every 1 Veranda share. J.K. Shah will be listed.
