Iykot Hitech Toolroom Ltd — Important, 11-09-2025: Company Update

Iykot Hitech Toolroom has withdrawn its application to reclassify eight individuals from the 'Promoter/Promoter Group' to the 'Public' category. This decision was made because the company could not produce individual consent letters and following observations from the stock exchange. Consequently, these eight individuals will remain categorized within the Promoter/Promoter Group for now. The company will, however, proceed with its separate application for the reclassification of Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu Ltd (ELCOT). This update clarifies the current status of certain shareholder classifications.
