Dhyaani Tradeventtures Ltd — Important, 11-09-2025: Company Update

Dhyaani Tradeventtures announced Ms. Khushbu Bharakatya has resigned as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to personal reasons, effective September 10, 2025. She will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel from this date. To ensure continuous compliance, Mr. Chintan Nayan Bhai Rajyaguru, the Managing Director, will serve as interim Compliance Officer. This arrangement will continue until a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is appointed by the board, ensuring the company's regulatory functions remain uninterrupted for stakeholders.
