Almondz Global Securities Limited — Updates, 11-09-2025: Scheme of Arrangement

Almondz Global's board approved a composite scheme. Its Broking business (~8.65% of FY24 revenue or 13.10 Cr) will demerge into a new listed entity. The remaining non-broking operations and six other group companies will then amalgamate into Avonmore Capital, where the promoter stake will adjust to 45.40%. This move aims to simplify structure and unlock value.
