Pulsar International Limited has appointed two new directors to its Board. Mr. Kaushik Kiritkumar Modi joins as an Additional Independent Director, bringing over 40 years of financial and investment advisory experience. Mr. Rupabhai Maganbhai Patel is appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, offering over 30 years of expertise in the agriculture sector. These appointments also led to a re-constitution of key board committees. Mr. Modi will serve on the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees.
