JSW Infrastructure Limited — JV/Acquisition, 11-09-2025: Acquisition

JSW Infrastructure, via its subsidiary JSW Port Logistics, has acquired a brownfield Rail Siding in Kudathini, Ballari, Karnataka, for approximately **₹57 Cr**. This 86-acre site will be transformed into a state-of-the-art Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP), featuring a Rail Freight Terminal and Inland Container Depot. This strategic move aims to boost JSW Infra's pan-India logistics network and enhance multimodal connectivity, especially crucial for the Ballari region which lacks such rail-linked facilities. With commercial operations starting within six months, the project (total capex ~**₹380 Cr**) will significantly lower logistics costs and support JSW Group's nearby industrial operations, while also attracting third-party cargo.
