Regent Enterprises has announced its Annual General Meeting will be held to approve the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 7,492.48 Cr from Rs 6,726.73 Cr, with Profit After Tax rising to Rs 1.03 Cr from Rs 0.65 Cr. No dividend was declared. Shareholders will consider appointing new statutory auditors, M/s. Sahni Bansal & Associates, as the prior firm resigned. M/s. Sharma Vijay & Associates is proposed as secretarial auditors. The meeting will also address re-appointing Mr. Vikas Kumar and appointing Mrs. Sunita as an Independent Director, alongside reviewing Mr. Sachin Jain’s remuneration.
