Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting approved significant board and audit changes. Smt. Manju Parakh, Director, retired from her position. Mr. Venkatesan N, an Executive Director with over 35 years of manufacturing experience, was reappointed for a further three-year term. The company also appointed M/s. P Muthukumaran & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year period. Furthermore, Mr. Alok Parakh, Managing Director of the group's packaging vertical and a relative of existing directors, was appointed as a Non-executive Director, bringing extensive leadership experience.
