Mahindra & Mahindra Limited — JV/Acquisition, 11-09-2025: Acquisition

Mahindra & Mahindra, through its subsidiary Mahindra Holdings, is acquiring full control of Mahindra & Mahindra Contech (MMCL) for up to Rs 12.51 Cr and PSL Media & Communications (PSL) for up to Rs 0.87 Cr. MHL will increase its stake in MMCL to 76.66% and PSL to 50.05%, making them direct subsidiaries. This move streamlines M&M's corporate structure, aiming for better efficiency and transparency. As a result, New Democratic Electoral Trust (FY25 turnover: Rs 160 Cr) and Kota Farms Services also become M&M subsidiaries, further consolidating the group's operations.
