Mangalam Seeds Limited's Board, at its recent meeting, approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjaykumar J. Shah as a Non-Executive Independent Director, following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's proposal. Effective immediately, he will serve for a term of 5 consecutive years, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Shah, with a B.Sc. degree and extensive experience in management and corporate governance, is expected to enhance the company's strategic decision-making and governance framework. He holds no shares and is not related to existing Directors.
