Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary has incorporated four new step-down subsidiaries. These new entities, known as Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), are established to develop, install, operate, and maintain solar power plants, including rooftop solar projects. Each SPV is incorporated with an initial capital of one lakh rupees, fully subscribed by the subsidiary. This move enhances the company's capabilities and operational reach in the renewable energy sector, signaling a focused expansion in its core business of solar power development.
