Acuite Rating Limited has assigned ACUITE AA/Stable to Capri Global Capital's enhanced Term Loans (Rs. 2000 Cr) and NCDs (Rs. 200 Cr). The agency also reaffirmed the ACUITE AA/Stable rating for existing Term Loans (Rs. 5050 Cr) and NCDs (Rs. 550 Cr). The outlook remains Stable for all facilities, totaling Rs. 7800 Cr.
