PVV Infra announced a strategic move into the renewable energy sector by signing a Letter of Intent to acquire a 49% equity stake in Aqua Dynamic Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., with a roadmap to full ownership. This investment targets a 28 MW (AC) solar power project in Maharashtra, costing approximately ₹107.70 Cr, to be fully financed by PVV Infra. The project includes a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with MSEDCL, promising stable revenues from commercial operations expected in FY2026-27. This boosts PVV Infra’s growth path and ESG profile.
