    Bajaj Finance Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 12-09-2025: Issue of Securities

    Bajaj Finance has allotted 1,35,000 secured NCDs via private placement, raising Rs 1,350 Cr. Each NCD is priced at Rs 1 Lakh, offering 7.24% annual interest, maturing December 2028. These bonds will be listed on BSE's Wholesale Debt Market.
