    Future Consumer Limited — Board Meeting, 12-09-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    The board approved merging Bloom Foods, Nilgiris Franchise, and Nilgiri's Mechanised Bakery into Nilgiri Dairy Farm; and Appu Nutritions, Snackvibe, and Sublime Foods into Integrated Food Park, simplifying structure. Also, Rs. 18 Cr and Rs. 120 Cr loans to Nilgiri Dairy Farm and Aadhaar Wholesale Trading respectively will convert to convertible debentures.
