The Board has approved the allotment of 28,35,150 Equity Shares, each valued at Rs. 2, to Multitude Growth Funds Limited. This allotment resulted from the conversion of preferential warrants, for which the company received a final subscription amount of Rs. 18.18 Cr. Following this, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 15.91 Cr, comprising 7,95,72,400 Equity Shares. Multitude Growth Funds Limited's stake has risen from 4.14% to 7.55% of the post-issue capital, reflecting a significant capital infusion and change in ownership structure.
