Bohra Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 12-09-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bohra Industries' board approved a preferential issue of up to 40 lakh warrants at Rs. 31 each, raising Rs. 12.40 Cr from non-promoters. They also greenlit a company name change and appointed Ms. Bhawana Kulhari as a Non-Executive Director. Shareholders will vote on these at an EOGM on Oct 8.
