Dhoot Industrial Finance has announced a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share (15% on Rs 10 face value) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2025. As dividend income is now taxable for shareholders, the company will deduct tax at source (TDS) where applicable. Shareholders, both resident and non-resident, must submit relevant tax documents, such as PAN or Tax Residency Certificates, via the dedicated online link by September 18, 2025, 5:00 p.m. IST, to ensure the appropriate TDS rate is applied.
