Apollo Hospitals will acquire 30.58% of its subsidiary AHLL for Rs 1,254 Cr, increasing ownership to 99.42%. It also announced a Rs 573 Cr investment for a new comprehensive oncology center with proton therapy in Gurugram, aiming to double its oncology business to over Rs 5,000 Cr in 3-4 years.
