    Apollo Hospitals will acquire an additional 30.58% stake in subsidiary AHLL for ₹1,254 Cr, making it a near 100% subsidiary to enhance integration & efficiency. Also investing ₹573 Cr in a new Gurugram oncology center with advanced Proton Therapy, aiming to double oncology business to over ₹5,000 Cr.
