Arunis Abode Limited has completed its Rights Issue, with the committee approving the allotment of 4,80,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares. These shares, issued at Rs. 12.60 each (including a premium over the Rs. 10 face value), successfully raised approximately Rs. 60.48 Cr for the company. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital has significantly increased from Rs. 3 Cr (30,00,000 shares) to Rs. 51 Cr (5,10,00,000 shares). This capital infusion strengthens Arunis Abode's financial position and supports future operations.
