GUJARAT THEMIS BIOSYN approved a Re 0.67/share dividend for FY25, totaling ~7.30 Cr. Dr. Sachin D. Patel (Chairman's son) was appointed MD for 5 years. Mr. Nihar Parikh, a health-tech VC, also joined as an Independent Director, strengthening the board.
