Anil Dye-Chem Industries Private Limited and Maiden Tradefin Private Limited will merge into Amaze Trading and Investment Private Limited. While Metroglobal itself is not a direct party, this will lead to a change in the promoter group's shareholding structure. The overall promoter holding in Metroglobal will consolidate internally but remain within the promoter group, ensuring no change to total promoter ownership percentage. This move simplifies the promoter group structure.
