    Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 13-09-2025: Allotment of Securities

    Crompton Greaves allotted 47,729 new equity shares to employees under its ESOP 2016. Shares were issued at Rs. 265.50 for 6,070 units and Rs. 186.60 for 41,659 units, infusing ~Rs. 0.94 Cr. This increased paid-up capital from Rs. 128.77 Cr to Rs. 128.78 Cr.
