    Samvardhana Motherson International (SAMIL) has incorporated Motherson Macauto Solutions Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. This advances a joint venture with Macauto Industrial Co., Ltd. for automotive sunshade and related systems. Initial investment is INR 0.05 Cr. SAMIL will hold 50% + 1 share in the JV.
