Solarium Green Energy Ltd — Important, 13-09-2025: Company Update

Solarium Green Energy has secured a Letter of Award from Numaligarh Refinery Limited, valued at approximately ₹3.64 Cr (exclusive of GST). This order covers the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and two-year Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for Grid Connected Rooftop Solar PV Projects totaling 1180 kW. These projects are located at NRL Assam (140 kW, 760 kW) and NRL West Bengal (280 kW). This significant contract is expected to expand the company's customer base and drive future profitability.
