Fedders Holding Ltd — Important, 13-09-2025: Company Update

Fedders Holding's wholly-owned subsidiary, Fedders Electric and Engineering, has developed significant commercial rental space. This includes 300,000 square feet in Noida, split between 150,000 sq ft for warehousing and 150,000 sq ft for IT services. Additionally, 200,000 square feet in Sikandrabad has been developed for warehouse facilities. This strategic expansion into commercial real estate development aims to create new revenue streams for the company. While the physical space is ready, lease agreements for these properties are yet to be finalized.
