Titagarh Rail Systems launched its third Diving Support Craft for the Indian Navy. The board approved spinning off its Shipbuilding & Maritime Systems into a new subsidiary, Titagarh Naval Systems, with an order book over 575 Cr. This aims to drive shipbuilding growth and sharpen focus on its core rail business.
