Insolation Energy Ltd — Important, 15-09-2025: Company Update

Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has secured Letters of Intent (LOI) for 226.45 MW of grid-connected solar power plants. These projects, awarded by Jaipur and Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited under the PMKUSUM Component A Scheme, involve the design, installation, commissioning, and 25-year operation and maintenance across 135 sites. This initiative represents an investment of approximately Rs. 750 Cr and is projected to generate an annual revenue of Rs. 98.47 Cr. The company aims to complete execution by Financial Year 2026-27, significantly expanding its renewable energy footprint and long-term operational income.
