Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Limited has secured an extension for its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM). This application was approved, granting a three-month extension for convening the meeting. Consequently, the 17th AGM for the financial year 2024-25 will now be held within this extended timeframe.
