Uni Abex Alloy Products has informed shareholders holding physical securities about the mandatory requirement to update their PAN, KYC details, and nomination records, in compliance with SEBI guidelines. Shareholders who do not furnish these details will be unable to lodge grievances or avail any service requests from the Registrar and Transfer Agent. Furthermore, any payments, including dividends or interest, for such folios will only be made electronically after these details are updated. The company urges shareholders to provide the necessary information promptly to their RTA and to consider converting physical shares into dematerialized form.
