Skipper Limited — Important, 15-09-2025: Committee Meeting Updates

Skipper's Rights Issue Committee has overseen the collection of remaining call money for partly paid-up rights shares. The company has now successfully collected Rs. 198.71 Crores, representing 99.76% of the total Rs. 199.18 Crores rights issue amount. This strong collection led to the approval for converting 17,052 partly paid shares into fully paid-up equity shares. As a result, the company's paid-up capital has increased to Rs. 11.29 Crores. Additionally, the company is resolving past technical discrepancies for 899 shares, enabling their trading approval. This update solidifies the capital base from the rights issue.
