Kairosoft AI Solutions Ltd — Important, 15-09-2025: Company Update

Kairosoft AI Solutions has revamped its leadership and audit structure. Members approved Mr. Deva Ram's designation change to Executive Director, effective August 5, 2025, with an annual remuneration of 0.12 Cr. Mr. Santosh Kumar Kushawaha was appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, also from August 5, 2025, adding vast investment and funding experience. The company ratified Mr. Sagar Khurana's Managing Director appointment, making him not liable to retire by rotation for his five-year term ending June 12, 2029. Additionally, M/s S Agarwal & Co. and M/s Sumit Bajaj & Associates were appointed as Statutory and Secretarial Auditors, respectively, for five financial years starting FY 2025-26. These changes strengthen governance and strategic direction.
