Insolation Energy Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary called VJMG Green Infra One Private Limited. This new entity is established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to develop, erect, install, operate, and maintain solar power plants, including rooftop solar photovoltaic projects. With an authorized share capital and initial subscription of Rs. 0.01 crore, this strategic move expands the company's footprint and capabilities within the growing solar industry.
