Insolation Energy Ltd — Important, 15-09-2025: Company Update

Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated four new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries: DEGP Green Infra, MJEV Green Infra, EGPN Green Infra, and PHDJ Green Infra Private Limited. Each new entity is an SPV set up to develop, install, operate, and maintain solar power plants, including rooftop projects. This move is significant as it expands the company's capacity and operational reach in the renewable energy sector, directly contributing to its core business growth. Each SPV was incorporated with an authorized share capital of Rs. 1 Lakh, fully subscribed by the subsidiary.
